There may be no specific guide on how to fix your device but you can use reference of other MTK phones on how to do that.
It is recommended to try the MTK Auth Bypass Tool. I am not sure whether the third-party link provided by XDA is compliant, so I will not provide it. It should be easy to search for Google. The latest version is 106. It seems to support unlocking the bootloader lock of note12pro. Haven't tried it, let me know if you succeed

In what way was it resolved? Bypass authorization or crack the bootloader lock
Ok 1 what's your phone correct region if u dont know send me a pic of the charger and the front of the box and side's of it and tell me does your phone came with locked or unlocked bootloader
Ok cool now looks your having exactly same as my issue u well need some stuff i well give u links for them if u want ok 1 drivers u need mediatek sp driver and adb 15 seconds driver so after u install them u need some tools 1 mtkcliant 2mtkcliant-gui. 3sp flash tool and download Chinese fastboot rom for ur device sense ur device originaly Chinese so after u do all these tell me so i well tell u what u need to doMy phone came with unlocked, is Chinese version (rubypro) as you can see in the image below.

Ok very cool now go to mtk client gui connect your phone and make it in brom mood and in read partitions select all except user data and check dump gpt box and click read partitions make new folder name it backup and select it then wait tell it finished
