Redmi Note 3 Pro Developer ROM is out now.

The Chinese official page just released the Developer ROM for Redmi Note 3 Pro (Snapdragon 650)

Thus everyone who flashed that ROM can unlock the bootloader now.
PS: your account must have unlock qualification.
The unlock qualification can be request from Official MI website, it might take up to 20 days.

I'll update the developer ROM later.

MiFlashUnlock_1.1.0317.1_en.zip is the bootloader unlock application.
