Redmi Note 7 volume up and power button suddenly stopped working on pixel experience

Hey guys, I was using pixel experience rom on my redmi note 7 and after 2 days, the volume up and power button has stopped working. This has happend before and after a force reboot I was stuck in recovery mode. Whenever I tried to boot into system it failed and took me to custom recovery, so now I am really afraid to do force reboot. My device is working fine with this issue but I don't know how to fix this. Any kind of help would be much appreciated.
