I got 5v 2a charger (10w) with my phone. I see that it supports 18w. Does it mean that it supports Qualcomm quick charge 3.0? Did you guys got normal charger or fast one?

It supports 18w fast charger but Xiaomi provided the 18w charger in the box only on Indian varient, but you can always buy the 18w charger online & use that with your phone...

I would just say that unless you really need the faster charge, it's probably better for the battery to charge it slower. General suggestion for li-ion batteries though I suppose you can't be sure for this particular case. Maybe 1.8x higher current has no significant effect on battery life.

i am very skeptical about charging the phone with 18W battery charger,
i am afraid that this charger could harm the life of the battery, so i more in the side that says, i will stay with the 10W typical charger.
Does anybody agree with that?

Agree.
18W charger only make the battery getting more heat, which is bad for battery.
I only use 18W charger if I'm in a rush.

Now I'm thinking to get myself a Blackshark funcooler and see if it able to reduce battery temperature while on fast charging.
