if I were you - I'd go to sammobile.com and search for your Device and Carrier - Check to see what the latest Firmware is available there - Take note of the Firmware version and then look to see if it's available on this Thread

Well I didn't know that - lol
If he tries to Flash a Modem that isn't for his Carrier he may not have any connections at all - I do remember several years ago that with the Canadian Skyrocket we could Flash Tmo Modems and it worked - But I think that things have changed quite a bit since then.

Whatever he decides to do - He should definitely make sure that he's got the current Bootloader and Modem available to Flash if needed!

Do I have to flash non_hlos.bin too? I have calling issues, not using LTE, even for internet. What if I will do use LTE for both? Do I have to flash both modem and bootloader? I read that bootloader have to match something to get sound working and have LTE, but modem doesn't have to match anything?
This way, do i have to flash both modem and bootloader from same firmware or both from different ones as long as new bootloader match my CSC, firmware or something and modem will satisfy my needs?

Hi I have a Samsung note 3 I rooted it no worrys but some how deleted the os rom and have tried a few ROMs and non will install just get errors my model is sm n9005 SSN n9005gsmh made in Vietnam I live in Australia any help with a rom that will load would be great

Then you are doing something wrong . usual is wrong TWRP not following instructions .
Why are you asking the question in a modems thread ??
