Yes, Agree with you , plus make sure you kill/force stop nike+ running ( 2 processes) once you are done with the app, just closing/exiting does not remove process from the background and they keep the phone awake.
Charge/Discharge will change nothing to your wakelocks. PowerManagement is a kernel wakelock representing the sum of the partial wakelocks (userland aka apps). So you should find what app is causing that by looking in the Partial Wakelocks section. Probably my alarm again but after a re install of lilphone it slowed down the drain. Sometimes I get great batt life sometimes not just simple little things make a pretty big difference.
Yes. Its not as intuitively layed out as BBS but all the info is in there. And the detailed charts are very nice. Info you want is apps/services waking your phone; how often and for how long. Check CPU states while the phone 'should' be sleeping.
Your 3 biggest culprits appear to be the three kernel wakelocks suspend_backoff, mmc2_detect and sdio_al. You are getting craptastic battery life becuase your device is only deep-sleeping 5% of the time. I have vaguely heard mention of these in other wakelock discussions while researching stuff, but these are not typical wakelocks on the SGS2 i777.
