2012 Nexus 7 3G OTA to 5.1 is rolling out shortly. If anyone gets the update, please grab the filename before you apply the update! Y'all know the drill by now!
Factory image available at Google Developers. Would link but can't at the moment.

SOmebody has tested OTA zip with recovery custom and root and rom custom ?? have i chance in this condition or not ?
None of the links work for me nor on your own website, I´m interested in the OTA of the nakasig 5.1

I have rooted nexus 7 2013 GSM with Android 5.0.2... Received OTA upgrade for 5.1. Received error (without any specific info) during installation and had to reboot to cancel the upgrade. It is working fine now under 5.0.2, but still have notifications of a new version. Any ideas?
You or a root app you use modified one or more files on the system partition in some way. Your best bet is to just flash the factory images and re-root.
The Android 5.1.1 OTA is rolling out for WiFi. If anyone gets the update, please post the filename here!

LMY47V 5.1.1 Nakasig (N7 Mobile) Factory Image is now up at Google's site. But no OTA, for now...
If anyone gets the OTA, please capture the URL before updating!
Please forgive the question as I don't play frequently in this sandbox and I haven't seen it asked or answered in the last 10-15 pages. I am updating the kid's 2012 WiFi version which is rooted with twrp. I know that I can't take the standard OTA and run it normal but is there a way to update without losing the data? Not worried about re-rooting as I am fine to do that but just want to insure I don't lose all the games and junk on her tablet.
