Third or fourt sentance "A very easy method thx to DSIXDA New way to find your Device ID / CID / IMEI / Serial etc. (no more MTTY/SnoopyPro!!)" contains link to this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418892 Go and visit this thread and follow the instructions (basicaly dowload device_info.zip archive and execute the .bat script and than post content of device_info.txt without IMEI, Serial and MAC address because that is your private info).

and I'm stuck at the boot-scream/tricolor scram with no installed rom and no activsync on the pc and every time I try to install a shipped OR cook't rom I get:
Invalid/corrupted message OR @ 3% the device restarts an the installation fails
I have been long looking 4 my shipped rom but I can't find it on the net, I think me device is cid looked and programs like Snoopypro and MTTY don't seem to workout
So can anyone help me OR at least send me in the right direction please

If I understand you, you need stock rom and you dont have it. If I may suggest you to search for custom rom of windows mobile 6.5 and flash it, it will work fine, just read some info what you need to do before that thourougly.
