Black screen after flashing

Thank you for your description - at least I was capable of performing the flash.
Sadly my yoga book still won't show more than a black screen after booting.
Any ideas from anyone?

Thank you for sharing. I've rolled back to Marshmallow as I found it's way better than the half-assed Nougat ROM that Lenovo gave us. Battery life, particularly standby but also with screen on, is SO much better for me in Marshmallow than it was in Nougat.

I finally downgrade to marshmalow and back to nougat very easy with the guide here. Now the device is again usable, before that i had the problem with the store and I couldn't do any updates. The upgrade to nougat was a very fast download like 20 min. The battery is also at its best. Thanks for helping with the tools and the info.
