Do I just go into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik from recovery then reflash the same Rom back onto phone?

What I do is wipe data factory reset, wipe cash, wipe dalvik, recovery restore from backups.reboot. If your restoring your old Rom from backup. It works for me did it yesterday. Today installed a different Rom, to do this you wipe data factory reset, wipe cash, dalvik, install from sd, reboot. Your good to go . Hope this helped!
