-Flash ICS .54 Stock ROM if coming from cm or cm based roms
NO NEED TO FLASH STOCK ROM AGAIN IF ON STOCK BASED ROM
-Download the ROM.
-Download the kernel
-Copy the ROM and kernel to your phone's SD card
-Boot in recovery by pressing volume UP button continuously at the Sony Logo.
-Flash kernel and reboot
-Wipe cache, dalvik cache and factory reset through CWM
-Flash the ROM
-Wipe data again
-DONT FIX PERMISSION and no need also the rom takes care of it
-Restart your device
-if it asks to fix su hit yes
-During setup it will ask to shutdown
-WHN IT ASKS TO SHUT DOWN DURING FIRST BOOT DO IT
-On restart finish the setup and keep the phone aside for 2 minutes so that all the modes and rom gets to settle and adjust itself
-Untick the pc companion option in xperia/connectivity to be able to use MTP And MSC
-***WHN u boot u will notice no camera therefore follow these instructions to get camera back

download both of thm and place in memory card
wipe cache flash the 4.7.2 version and start the phone u wl notice the cybershot is there but to get latest
reboot into recovery wipe cache flash the newest version again.
after that go to manage apps > clear data & force stop
and it will work

FOR FASTEST ROM USE 
      ONDEMAND X+SIO AT 1.0 GHZ
                          OR
                Hotplug+SIO

AND KEEP MAX PROCESS AT 2 or 3
For battery keep max clock at 800mhz and use minmax,conservative +Sio
By Testing I Found Out That switching off a core saves more battery than running at lower frequency with both the cores running

PHONE LOVING TIPS
1)Always restart phone once a day preferable while u take a shower so that u dont miss any action
2)Whenever you feel like ur phone is getting slow even at 1.3ghz with best governors use boost my xperia and
according to ur preferences like mulittasking,gaming or just free ram
3)Do not use ram tweakers or boosters as they eat more ram then they conserve
4)if you feel like battery drain is too much you can always use different frequencies and governors
5)then to if you are not satisfied use different kernel

YOU MIGHT NOTICE NO SONGS IN WALKMAN AT FIRST BOOT DONT PANIC  
JUST BOOT INTO RECOVERY WIPE DALVIC CACHE AND CACHE AND RESTART
LET THE PHONE CHECK FOR ERRORS IN INTERNAL AND EXT MEMORY 
AND TADA:good: U SHOULD BE GOOD

For USB Connection problem
UNTICK THE PC COMPANION And change connection type to MTP - MSC and back to MTP

1) 5 fonts.zip -Contains 5 types of fonts(nokia pure,rosemary,sonysketch,sonystock,ubuntu) For users who dont like the Xperia Z font copy the files inside the folder of ur choice of font and paste it in system/fonts

As you can see the thread is still under development. And there is no need to be offensive, the dev make rom for us, a little hit thanks just show some appreciation to him and his work.

The thread is still under development and if still u so anxious to c the screenshots go c of my Ultimate V2 rom as the screens will be same as only status bar new in this version

Really Sorry For The Delay Of Release Everyone
i have a poor Net Connection which is causing delay in uploading(it has failed 7 times)
i have been told by my service provider that net will be usual in few hrs
