relocked bootloader, gboard not available

Well to make a long story short, I tried to root, twrp not working so I relocked bootloader. Stuck in boot for a long time, after many re starts, finally restarted from erestore (can't remember how I finally did it) In system restore it says that serious problem in partition and to restore to factory image. I attempt to do that and it says "failed" When reboot opens and I get access to home screen, now I cant type anything, voice to text come up instead. There is no gboard installed. How do I get keyboard back when I cant install my google account?

i went to apkmirrow and downloaded swipe keyboard to my pc, then copied it onto the tablet. from there you should be able to install it and you will have a keyboard that works.
