I had this phone for years running on a Sprint network but since I hadn't had a need for it up until recently I decided to leave it as it was after switching phones. The problem I have now is that the e-SIM (I think it's e-SIM technology, a connection to the cellular towers without having a sim inserted) information is still present on the phone, and sometimes claims to have a 3G connection despite not having service, and on boot attempts hands-free activation, but would obviously not work.
How can I remove the e-SIM information from the phone?
