After the bootloader unlock you'll see a warning message instead of the Motorola logo. This could be annoying for someone, then flash this with TWRP to remove it!
This will be the final image:

How I have done it?
I copied the boxed values (offset 20) to offset 60:

Thanks @ffosilva for the original procedure

This removes the warning completely and boots right to animation. If you'd like to change that, you're looking for bootanimations. :)

To clear up your confusion, the file in the original post REPLACES the bootlader warning splash screen with the image shown in the original post, it does NOT remove it. I am looking for a darker splash screen. Nothing to do with boot animation at all. This file does NOT make the device go directly to boot animation.

Please don't reply again. I am waiting for a reply from someone who actually knows what this file does and what my request is.

I'm afraid your profiles statistics speak for itself, don't post a request asking for help if you can't take the damn help.

Give it an hour and someone else will post the exact same link.

Oh and you don't need to be rude when I took my own time to help you.

God save you.

And as for the file, it replaces the LOGO like the link stated.
