Sorry to ask, so you mean if we not touching the screen it will goes to 60hz?any movement it will goes to 120hz?
That's what people refer to as Adaptive Refresh-Rate, even though Poco F3 doesn't have hardware-supported Adaptive Refresh-rate like the latest iPhones or G-Sync/FreeSync Monitors.

Poco F3's ARR is just simple software-logic, it switches to 60 Hz temporarily when the screen is static and no input is detected.
