thanks and believe me that when i finally ask something here, it is after a very very long search in google and in the xda forums but there is really no answer to this lockscreen wallpaper problem. i'm tired of looking and trying to change things myself. you have no idea how much time i spent on this.
i don't think even the metamorph solution would work because it replaces a file in the framwork-res that doesn't exist in the htc legend.
do you have any idea which apk file needs to be changed? htclockscreen.apk, framwork-res.apk or rosie.apk?
i opened and searched all of these apk files, even tried to edit their binary xml files with no success.
i like htclockscreen.apk with the music in the background thing and i don't want to use any app like widgetlocker, i just wan't to chane the wallpaper like you could in the 2.1 version.

If U have typos in your search criteria, you might end up with zero results while searching. Just wanted to say thanks for releasing this rom. I'm enjoying FroYo, seems like performance has improved (but that could be a placebo effect).
I got tired of waiting for HTC to get their act together, but what do you recommend when the unbranded FroYo is released? Is there any logic in upgrading when one has this ROM you provided?
Actually I would say no.. No reason to change.. This release should be pretty much the same as the one eventually released by HTC.. I took my own stock 2.1 and copied the look and settings from it to make this release be as close as possible..
So unless HTC comes up with something extremely new to their release.. this one should do just fine
I installed the A2SD version of this excellent ROM. I used ROM-manager to create a partition of 512MB to use. I managed to get the apps backuped with Titatium over to the card and I managed to get LauncherPro installed but after I cant flash anything and I cannot install apps. Need some help.
EDIT: Gonna do it from the start and see how it goes.
EDIT2: Reflashed, reformated, repartition and reinstall absolutely everything and now its a-ok.

Run with your release for a week or so, and it is great.
No problems at all, and using the Apps2SD version with 1.5gb free for apps, niiice :-D

I'm having a google account issue. I can't add another google account because it FC's before the setup finishes. No patch added, just this rom.
Searched the whole thread with 'market' and 'market comment' keyword, but no wanted result available.
Problem: Not really important, but seems everytime I browse an app at the market, there's no user comment in every app (you know, the review-like thing). But, I can still install, update, look at the app screenshot, and browse apps normally. Just.. the user comment and review won't come out. It said "No user comment" at the comments tab. Only occurs in this ROM. Tried with nightly (2.2) and clean-eclair (2.1), they came out just fine.

Carrier: Telkomsel

Which locale do you use? I'm not quite certain but I think that one can see just comments made in certain locale. For example If I use sl_SI locale, I see practically no comment. If I make a comment myself, I can see it right there but as soon as I change locale let say to en_US, I can't see it any more.
