My "Facebook for Android" app seems to be stuck on version 1.3.2.

Just now I upgraded to 1.4.1, Im using the MoDaCo r1 ROM which is ported from the same update..
Does the update install if you do the update manually?e.g. find "Facebook for android" on the market and install it?

If not, you may have to delete the facebok.apk and .odex from your system and then install, I had to do the same with my Youtube...

Thanks for the info. No luck removing the apk so far ... I either get permission errors via adb-windows or the deleted apk reappears after reboot (using Ti Backup).

How should I go about removing it? Any suggestions?

Hi all,

I have encountered an issue with applying the patch_1.zip.

I installed it via ADB and has the following error.
=======Error Message=======
Install from sdcard...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:Wrong digest:data/local/bootanimation.zip
E:Verification failed

Installation aborted
=======Error End=======

I have tried using with Clockwork Mod, it reboots but I didn't get the circle battery update. I have also tried redownloading the file again, flashing it again but the same error occurs.

Could I have missed a step somewhere ?
I have only updated it with the ROM and BlaY0's update.

I get process com.android.settings stopped unexpectedly, on every version so far??

I'm getting this too. Wiped everything. Flashed twice. Boots ok, gets to lock screen, when I unlock I get a white screen with the HTC logo and then the above error.

Topbar shows, but nothing else is accessible,

Edit: I was originally flashing via the r4 recovery hack.. So I flashed back to a cyanogen nightly (which installs and runs great) - tried flashing and wiping this rom via RomManager - same error.
