1) Yes.. U can install this through Rom Manager... Remember to wipe..

2) No does not have Rom Manager pre installed.. Can easily be installed from Market.

Nope. Fist you have to root your Legend ( downgrade it, if necessary ), and then you can flash it via Recovery mode or from the ROM Manger ( which yo can find in the market ).

no..the radio.img has no effect on the root.. The root is located in boot.img.
and since this rom is rooted as well you will be able to flash other rom afterwards.. Even though there is no need to chose another rom ever again

Please, don't fill the ROM with junk like aps2sd and other stuff. Once a stock ROM is rooted, users can add whatever they want. I want to stay as close to standard and unbranded as possible, with the exception of having root.
