Themes for 3.1.0-0. and 3.1.1-0. I've replaced the swipe action with a button so now it's all touch. The lock screen itself is also now one big button, you can touch anywhere to unlock it.

Batman
Forest
Skeleton
Storm
Hulk

You can install these manually or in recovery:

Manual:
go to your TWRP folder and create a new folder
name this new folder "theme"
after downloading the theme you want place it in this folder
rename the theme to "ui"
reboot into recovery and enjoy!
This is case sensitive be sure to use lower case and without the quotes.

Recovery:
As of 3.0.1-0 you can install these as if your where flashing something.
Keep in mind that this does overwrite the ui.zip in your TWRP theme folder so if you have a theme already your might want to rename it first!

Thanks to @z31s1g
The use of his themes and studying the xmls has been a great help.

Applying theme

In your TWRP folder create a folder and name it "theme". After downloading place the zip file in the theme folder and rename it to ui without changing the file extension.
I created a Batman, Storm, and a Skeleton theme for your enjoyment.
The swipe action has been replaced with a button; it's all touch.

STORM
BATMAN
SKELETON

I've never adjusted any settings in twrp. How do I apply them?
I figured it out.. Thanks. Looks great!

Follow the OPs instructions. Its pretty straight forward

Actually.. Never said how to flash. Just says create theme folder and put zip in there and rename. I was thinking that just by going to recovery it would apply automatically. I figured it out though. I used Batman... Now I want to keep booting to recovery.. Lol

True but there isn't a need to flash anything. It's a matter of adding a folder, renaming a file and that's it. It worked for me

Thanks everybody for your feedback and helping others while I'm stuck at work. I didn't think it needed to be specified in the OP that this isn't a flashable zip but I'll put that in.

Wow! I'm on the latest Twrp(3.0.1).I'm pretty sure i had to flash mine. I tried just renaming, rebooting recovery and that didn't work. I'm going to change it (put a different one in) and see if it changes.
This is what I see now ( I only created one)
Crazy!! I deleted one and they both disappeared
Okay..switched to skeleton.. It changed no flashing. I believe the first one I created I used capital letters.. That may have been the problem. Thanks everyone for clearing that up For me

Didn't have to flash anything here, I'm also on the newest twrp. Just followed the instructions in the OP and it worked

Both the theme folder and the renaming are case sensitive make sure it's all lower case. Also make sure that when remaining you don't add an extra .zip. It should look like:

ui.zip
not
ui.zip.zip

I looked at the xmls for 3.0.1.0 and I do need to update these to that but that's not the issue. I'm running it now with my Batman theme with no issues. Tested all three of them. Hopefully I'll have time to update them when I get home.
