replaced lcd - won't register on network

Hello I have Honor 10 COL-L29 and after replacement of LCD screen, i insert SIM, it asks for PIN, enter PIN, but no signal. Emergency calls only. Tried manual network search - networks are present but it won't register on them. I tried multiple times to reseat coaxial cable whitout any sucess. Any suggestions ? Thanks

Are IMEI numbers are displayed or they are showing 0000 ?

IMEI are both shown correctly.
