Replacement for Touchwiz power saving features

I have AOKP, enjoying it, but I miss aspects of the touchwiz power saving features. Namely, it let you specify a remaining battery percent wherein battery saving features are turned on (e.g. WiFi off, BT off, screen time-out limits, etc.). Moreover, it would flash a rolling text notification in the notification bar when power saving mode was enabled (charger unplugged) or disabled (charger plugged in). Anyone know of a good replacement?

It probably doesn't help much

I agree, but I liked the notifications of low battery and when I plug in my charger.

Without the charger notification, I am having to squint my eyes and make out whether the battery icon in the notification bar has a lightning bolt in it (not easy when the bolt is white and the battery is light blue).

I'm not sure why you would need that. Couldn't you just feel your use port?

You could use the battery bar with charging animation in aokp. That's pretty obvious when is charging.

Personal preferences of someone with a mild case of OCD...lol. Also doesn't help that I was using a finicky charging cable, both in the house and in my car, for the longest time (just replaced both of them), determining whether it was charging or lost charging based on the notification bar activity.

OK, I will check that out as a band-aid. But I am still looking for a notification bar text alert similar to ones that appear for events like new text messages or e-mails or the sort, if anyone knows of an app that does that.

Visual charging notification is Also nice when you have an intermittently failing usb port. If the phone says charging when it's not plugged in, ya got a problem...

I dont have any physical problems. Charging matches the battery icon notifications. I just replaced the USB cable and my car charger and all is well. I just like the notification bar alerts (personal preference...).
