Thanks for this very info, this will come in handy when my S-Pen tumbles out my fully open driver side door of my service vehicle as the light turns from red to green at rush hour traffic. :good:

Can't speak for the US, but spoke to a Samsung rep in Rotterdam(Netherlands) who said they'd probably get the official battery and S-pen somewhere mid-November.

How do I register my device? Is it done automatically when I enter my Samsung account information in the device ؟

They have the black for $19.99. Only thing is they're coming from HK so it would take a while, but probably sooner than ordering from Samsung unless you can find it locally.
