Replicating jelly scrolling effect on One Plus 3

I don't know if it is me only or my device but if I try to scroll on my phone holding it upside down then I can too see jelly scrolling effect which is recently observed on Oneplus 5 devices.
Can anyone confirm on this one...

You can replicate this on almost every phone i think. At least the ones i tried had it, holding them upside down.

I can somewhat replicate this, though I need to scroll rather slowly for me to see it. Could be just my eyes, though. However, I can't seem to be able to replicate it in other phones that I have tried, and that the upside-down OnePlus 3 is the only one that experiences the issue.
