I have found that this OTA is only to update from B140 to B340 (that's why I can't flash it), you should update the OP to mention it.

@youssefrabei I had the same issue, it worked for me after i deleted the data partition. Just read the instructions again and you'll see what I mean

Anyone knows how to go from cm13 back to stock on kiw-l21? I've been looking since yesterday and I've tried flashing the stock recovery but wasn't successful.
