[REQ] 3G/4G toggle

Hi , looking for someone to dev an app with 3G/4G toggle for GT-i9305.. willing to donate small amount of beer(s) for it..

PS: ive tried most of the 4g toggle in playstore and all of them doesnt work..the closest one will only bring u to the network setting menu...

No toggle will work as there is no access to that setting allowed since ICS.

yea i know that..ive tried to use anycut to create shortcut directly to network mode but i got FC.. that is why i am looking for someone who know how to or might have a lil trick to dev an app...our dev all are clever..i think nth is impossible for them..
