hi:

the 4 port solar chargered hub for otg seems under powered.

i ve looked hi - lo for battery powered hub for the flash drives etc.

ideally for me it would use AA and still have 4 ports..

does anyone know where to find this ?

thanx

Location Location.
I would think that any suitable hub with a seperate power socket would work, coupled with a lithium battery pack. You could probably make it about the same size as one that used AA batts if such a thing existed (it would need 4 AA batteries to match the required voltage)

altho i believe what you say, i dont really understand..
the current solar charging battery powered hubs are only like 3" x 1 1/4" .
much smaller than 4 AA.. they only have like ~750 ma tho, so they last about an hour or so..

the 750ma would be just fine if i could change out some AA's on the go..

i am not capable of doing this work myself unless i can follow a guide that someone else posts..

plus it would still have to look nice.

when there is a solar charging unit is offered, i dont know why this isnt ..

i also wonder if a smart person could hack a currently offered product 4 port charging unit into one that also does the data..

thanx
