[Req] Boot sounds+Animation

I am running Omega v16, would like the stock boot animations and sounds.
Have downloaded the stock ones from Omega files, they may be stock somewhere but not in UK.Both the sound + animation are wrong (purple shape thingy)
All I want is the black background, Samsung and the swirly circle with stock sound.
Anybody point me in right direction?
