[REQ] Desktop app to create custom Resco Photo/Contact/Keyboard skins

hi all guys
i copy skin .RPK to win32 and then i click on UNPACK , after click i recieve SKIN folder but that is EMPTY , what should i do To Have PNG Files?
Please Inform Me

drag and drop the rpk file into unpack.bat
