You definitely need to bother about anything... all you need to do is to download Titanium backup (full version**) from the market.. once you'll open it up, it will show you all of the applications including all of the system + user apps... simply press and long hold the app you want to lock in memory and choose 'freeze' ... the app will be locked in the memory.. you won't find it running in back ground anywhere.. and it won't even show up in the app drawer..
When ever you need the app again, go to titanium backup and choose 'defrost ' .. it will be available again :)

Mate he wants to lock the app in memory not freeze it...... lock the app in memory means he want it to always be in the memory so that it doesn't load every time you open it.... .

He is really good but it cost money.. Sorry i won't pay just for the one feature i want..

I bought the JKay Mod only for that feature, totally worth it (it's only $2.52 a cup of coffee worth and you get to support the developer), after awhile I can't not use its other awesome features ;)

If its a system app then its already kept in memory. If not then you can simply use Link2SD or Titanium Backup to convert it to a system app. Just long press the app you want to convert and select Convert To System App.
