[Req] mod collection for 4.3 other than note 3 apps ??

i am very pleased with the 4.3 update especially with the devil kernel and surelly alot custom kernels to come .. but my Q is

can the good old mods like full screen popup caller .. and visual choiceses we used to have be ported to the 4.3 .. ??
