No biggiewhoever i spoke with today definitely bullshitted me. i stand corrected.
yeah. i'm exchanging this phone then.No biggie
but yea i wouldn't take anything they say too seriously allot of them that simply have no clue
...at work, I have edge only and my icons switches between gray and green. What is that about?Just checket it.. And i was correct..
green 3g logo in statusbar = HSDPA
gray 3g logo in statusbar = UMTS
Actually this is a nice way of showing it than the H, since HSDPA is in fact 3g![]()
Not the case for me. I'm on UMTS right now and I have a green 3g logo showingJust checket it.. And i was correct..
green 3g logo in statusbar = HSDPA
gray 3g logo in statusbar = UMTS
Actually this is a nice way of showing it than the H, since HSDPA is in fact 3g![]()
This is incorrect. Green means you're connected to data, grey does not.Just checket it.. And i was correct..
green 3g logo in statusbar = HSDPA
gray 3g logo in statusbar = UMTS
Actually this is a nice way of showing it than the H, since HSDPA is in fact 3g![]()
Essentially this is what I am saying try to load a web page with grey wi-fi. It won't work and say that you aren't connected to the internet. That's where I base my answer off of.The color of the icons don't have anything to do with HSDPA.
Go to page 58 - "If you don’t have a Google Account or if, for example, you’re connected to a Wi-Fi network that is not connected to the Internet, the network icons are white."

Any way to install just that out of your ROM or is it worth Wiping and reinstalling your ROM (no offense its my first time playing with ROMs and what not, i understand all the commands and principles but I am not sure if its worth re-downloading all my apps and widgets etc...)
