Ok, so unzip Echoe Rom with 7zip on your computer, extract JobManager.apk from system/app and past it into system/app on your phone, change permissions into rw-r-r then reboot.

I didn't installed the rom just edited the build.prop file and transformed into s5 theme so I don't have it on my computer.
