There is a thread in some section(one of the mains I think) on xda on how to compile roms for your phone.

not sure there's a CM10 source made for the one x tho...

It's for the Nexus 7 so you'll obviously need to replace references to "grouper" with "endeavoru", and amend any other device or vendor-specific instructions as appropriate, but it should get you up and running.
