[Request] Can the 'scrolling capture' feature from the Note 5 be ported to Note 4?

We've already had this awesome screen off memo port but the other great Note 5 feature that I'm jealous of is the scrolling capture one - if you've not seen this yet it's an extension of screen write that can scroll down a webpage and stitch screenshots together, converting them to one long image file that can still be drawn on in the usual way.

In theory this should be an APK, right? Is it possible to port it backwards?

the scrolling capture is based in 64 bit and the most devs.say that he cant work never in 32 bit

Yes I just tried, managed to fix the apk's codes but the Libs are failing as they are 64 bit (details in screenshot).

Don't know if they can ever be re-compiled to 32 bits.

even vnteam and darklord from note 3 section say that is not posible and forget it

Cant remove scroll capture button? Or replace some mod here, the button is annoying for me

Its working....on Dn5 and sixexperian rom(note 5 ported rom for note 4).....

i'm using a korean N910S on MM 6.0.1 now, rooted but no custom ROMs explicitly for it here :crying:
is there any way to get the scrolling screenshot feature from Note 5 on my phone?

LOL! You dug up an old topic mate, or I should say the user above you actually dug it up. When this post was created all our Note 4s were on LP, Scroll Capture wasn't available that time, it was brought in with the MM update, now everyone on MM has it, as a built in feature :laugh:

You can simply install Good Lock and you will have it. No root and it's working on my SM-N910C. And probably it will work on other models as well since it's an apk file.
