[Request]could someone please tell me how to move data icon from Sammy into AOSP?

This is Sammy ROM, data icon shows separately.

This is AOSP style...

Is there anyway I can make the Sammy style icon displays on AOSP ROM?

not really , i found a theme it , but still little bit away from my expectation, I tried with some photoshop , but without serious skill on xml or even smali , it's very difficult to make it happen
