[Request] Do not sleep if plugged in

If possible could the choice under applications > development that allowed us to check having the screen not sleep while charging be added to a rom?

I know some said it was removed because many complained about the option, but I'm sure many miss it too.

I'd love to have it back for Pandora, SiriusXM and other apps without having to do the work around by setting the sleep time to 30 minutes or so.

Is it possible or is source code needed first?

Just use SwitchWidgets, there is a widget to keep the screen on.
