[REQUEST] Help Edit My Wallpaper

Can someone help me edit this Wallpaper? I just want one thing done, it may be a lot to ask for... But can you make the 'reds' turn into 'blues'? For example: Instead of having red 'eyes' could you make them blue? And the red things under the eyes and the red things on what appears to be the forehead blue? Just anything red make it blue please

edit: looks like he got it. If you have MS Office, right click and open with 'Microsoft Office' then click edit colors and play around with that

Whoops double thanked haha. It looks good from my phone view, I'm about to check it on a computer cause my data is sometimes weird with photos...

You can also download gimp 2.8 and under colors>hue and saturation you can easily make this from red to blue...
