[REQUEST] liberty 1.5 theme

Would it be possible to port this theme

To liberty 1.5? I really like it but I'm a noob and don't know how to port themes.
If somebody could do this I would really appreciate it, and a lot of the ppl over on droidforums.net would too

That's not a full theme, that is just a status bar modification with a few other little things. I would port it to fission but not liberty.
