for me it works like a charm.

try installing stock accuweather first and after that flash the semitransparent version.

It should work without problems, if you use Omega v35.

I'm not sure, if it's compatible with XXELLA too.

It's recommended to flash original AccuweatherWidget before flashing the semi-transparent Version.

Now on XXELLA works

You can also change the extension of the .jpg's in the apk to png....which screws it up and they show transparent, but the grass, rain, snow, etc, still show.
