Is it not possible? I know most people have this phone because they don't like touchwiz,but I'm sure there's a nice dev out there that won't mind doing a handful of people a huge favor

Why not just make the decision from what you've seen from the sensation and the gs2? The sensation with a tw4 launcher will never be like a real tw4 device.
And what was your thoughts on the sgs2? The screen mainly.
