You can try the JellyBomb downloads link in the OP. Scroll down to the downloads link, from there select Sprint Note 3, mods, Accuweather mods, Xparent. The date is older, but it should work just fine, as I believe it's a morph and not an apk replacement. Back it up just in case, and make sure to thank the OP while over there. I don't use the TouchWiz launcher, so I am unclear on the preceding.

I believe that someone had put together a very good index of all tools for our phone (should be stickied, in my opinion). Let me look over there and see if additional options are available.
