How is it resized? I downloaded a zip earlier from another site that included the boot animation as well as the new live wallpaper, and the boot animation was bigger than pictured. Is that fixed?

Yeah, it's just a boot animation. If it doesn't flash for whatever reason, just move the "bootanimation.zip" (inside the flashable zip) to your system / media folder.

You do not need to be rooted to install either, I tested them on my GSM Galaxy Nexus.
It should work on other devices.
