Hi,Where can I find information about wireless linking a P7P to a computer?
Yeah, both devices need to be connected to the same network, in this case the same wifi network.Reading thru the Snapdrop website I see several instances regarding:
"Ensure both phones are connected with the same Wi-Fi connection for the data loss transfer process."
I use 5G WiFi to connect to my phone to the router, but my desktop uses Ethernet. Both are on the same router. Do I assume correctly that I must first connect my desktop to the 5G Wi-Fi?

Hi,
Maybe this will help: https://www.android.com/better-together/nearby-share-app/
Cheers,
Sébastien.
@roirraW "edor" ehT was very excited when this capability became ironed out and worked well...
I wasn't aware, but apparently you have to be on the "beta" version of Nearby Share (app, even though it's a Android 13 stock app) to get this working on a Windows machine. I am excited to do all this transferring the next time I do the monthly updates manually....
