[Resolved] OEM Unlocking disabled on Google Store purchased phone

Yup! Just enable Developer Options in the Settings menu, check "Enable OEM Unlocking," and then in the command window type "fastboot flashing unlock."

Thanks, I just had this happen to me and I could not for the life of me figure out why. I bought a pixel used but made sure it was from google. I thought the seller lied or something, lol. I didn't realize I had to connect to the internet to enable the oem unlocking. I was trying to unlock the phone before putting my SIM in or entering any information in to the phone.

did you just connect to wifi and it became available? I got a replacement form verizon , and it shipped with non verizon software version, but the OEM unlock is grey.

Did you go into Developer options is Settings and enable OEM unlocking first? If you don't have Developer Options in settings go to Settings/About Phone and then tap Build Number a bunch of times to enable it.

Is there another way to unlock it, cause I can't access the developer option my phone is stuck on a bootloop?

you mean the image flle, I don't have a backup, but I've tried the package that comes with flash-all but it just can't write because of the lock bootloader

No I mean the stock recovery where you can do a factory reset so you can get back into the phone.
