I have unlock, root and installed TWRP ... when JB will be deploy with OTA Can I upgrade safe without problems ???

Based on Asus statements an unlocked device will no lonnger receive OTA updates.

Sometimes the server hosting TWRP is unavailable. Just try again later.

YEah you are right goo.im is also offline.
So I will monitor that server now until its back online.
