Restart Bug?

Hi,

my sister is considering getting the defy +, on amazon (germany) I found numerous 1-star ratings related to a restart bug that let the phone reboot several times a day. Aparently caused by SIM card. Am guessing its a software issue still, so I checked here and couldnt find anything related to this bug, can anyone confirm it? seems to me like other than that its the best outdoor phone. and it got cm10

Yes, my Defy+ used to restart atleast four times in random in a week while I was on stock ROM (1321, the latest is 231 which I never updated due to BL7 root problems). Since I've flashed CM, I never had this issue, not even once till today. I don't know whether 231 has this issue.
