Restore odexed to deodexed rom (Titanium backup)

Hi, some time ago i was using CloudyG3 odexed, and with titanium backup, i made a backup of my quickremote data (Because i set up controllers that were not compatible).

This time i wanted to try deodexed cloudyg3, but can i restore the backup which is odexed in my now-deodexed rom?
