Do a clean Odin flash install of the ROM, what I usually do is through custom recovery I delete and format my phone then I go into download mode and flash the stock ROM, preferably old ROM, after that, I let the phone update to the latest ROM, this process ensures that from a flash to update, your files are back to its original state, you can check build.prop by adb command if I'm not mistaken, pull and read, I believe your build.prop tima is still 1

Samsung health app is only for BP sync and nothing more...
Since you have ECG, that means you have SHM and which means you already have BP on the watch but disabled with high version so you can't install BP to enable it, your option is signing the modified BP and installing it like everyone else...

Because you installed BP.tpk and not modified_BP.tpk, BP.tpk doesn't need to be signed, it has Samsung signature, you install it, if it fails, you check the watch, you see SHM, you realize this means package BP.tpk is already on the watch but disabled, so you go for the alternative method, installing the modified version, boom, installed...

Firewall and antivirus is disable. I tried into the clean install in a ubuntu vm and the same problem again. I belive the problem is in the server.

Having the exact same problem during signing into the Samsung account in the certification manager. Tried lots of different things, even different computers, tried disabling the windows firewall and antivirus but each and every time I have been shown the Server error: 500.

I'm facing the same issue than Rhp15577 and rc288. Tried on 2 different PCs, different internet connections, also created a new samsung account and result is always the same . I have disbled both, Windows firewall and Kaspersky.

As some of you have seen, 193 is out,
I will keep updating this post about what findings I see:

1. Phone and watch UDI added, they return empty values when first called but in BP and ECG, they have a value...?
2. A slight change in the interface, not sure where...
3. Both BP & ECG are using the UDI function and have some sort of force check version...
4. is EU Model function is now active, not sure what it does so far...
5. Funny typos, believe it or not lol...

That's my analysis, time to mod and see what happens...

I have the same issue. went looking into samsung developers forum and there was a similar issue by Jan 2021 (only with a different number error - 404) that was solved on the server side by February. At this moment there are no more posts relating to it, and the problem persists...

Says it right there in the error..UNC paths are not supported

Anything starting with a "\\" or "//" is a UNC path

Do not work in special/shell folders like Desktop, ever, it will lesson your potential for drama

Extract things to and work on things in a proper path like c:\fitinstaller, d:\fitinstaller etc

Ideally with any script you want the path to be as short as possible to avoid issues...the least subfolders, the simpler the path, the better

Looks like a remote path, could you explain more, how you're running it and where is the script located at

Ok so I still didn't release the 193, but hopefully, I will today since the weekend is here (Thank god there is something called weekend lol)...
I also got an email for SHM 1.1.1.141 which I will also look into, it's very odd that there are 2 versions out...

UPDATE: So upon examining the file sent to on email, it turned out to be 191, there is no 1.1.1.141, now that is out of the game, time to mod 193 and release it already, sorry for the delay, hang in there a little longer...

I tested it today, after some hours of try & error with connecting my watch.
It is working again! They fixed the 500 error

I just picked up an unlocked Samsung A71. Installed health monitor...it said I "don't have" a compatible BP watch but the ECG works perfectly? Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, shouldn't it have both BP & ECG? HR, Pulse Ox, ECG work, but it continues to say I don't have a compatible watch for the BP. I even tried installing the stand alone ECG app, which installs on the phone, but fails when transferring to the watch.

Follow method 2 in the OP-Youtube-Video. ECG often works, but not BP. It just
means, it is disabled and you need to follow the tutorial to sign TPK and so on.

BP should be on the watch in order for SHM of the phone to work... if the original BP doesn't install, you need to grab the modified BP, sign it and then install it...
