The easy way only managed to get ECG working and not BP. After performing the steps in the alternative solution, BP and ECG are working. However BP doesn't sync to SH which was 6.17 and Set Features button was not available. So I uninstalled it and installed SH 6.16, configured HealthAnalytics and DataPlatform, stopped SH. However, BP still doesn't sync even with new measures. Also, the ECG row in SH has disappeared (not a big issue because it just opens SHM anyway). Tried restarting both phone and watch but still BP does not sync. Would be great if it syncs automatically, but entering the readings manually is a temporary solution.

So I did rollback my SH as syncing Bzp wasn't something I need to test something, I believe it's related to the new checks that were put in SHM, they stopped pushing data to SH, SH can't see SHM installed, i will do some tests which once I complete, you can install it over your SHM and sync BP... do not rollback SHM or you will lose your data, patiently wait for me to fix this...

I rolled back to 6.16 too. After activating Dev and Devmode, i stopped
the app, cleared cache and now: i needed to go to SHM again and
click on left top and then "Data" ...then "SH" and needed to enable
again both settings. Now the sync works.

ECG just jumps to SHM but im happy that i see the BP-Values now.
We will stay forever at 6.16 i think ^^

PS: and no, i got the old version of SHM.

This did the trick!

I went into SMH\Data\SH as indicated by @Neeschar enabled all permissions (BP and ECG) and BP info synched in SH. ECG also reappeared in SH.

These checks are not active at all, so for the time being, it's known as a unreachable code, few other checks would just change the layout of SHM but not the function...

So why isn't SHM not showing inside SH,
I forgot to say, when you rollback, SHM might lose the connection and as a result, SHM data permissions settings change and disables SH...

Tried as Neeschar described, works perfectly. Also ECG reappeared like Dante63 said. BP readings are now synced to SH. Just would like to add that HealthSync app also successfully syncs to Google Fit including BP.

I'm located in Greece. I followed this reddit guide, where I installed the 2. 3 steps. All fine.
Then, by the linked youtube video, I installed the apk for BP monitor.

While ECG shows okay (doesn't work due to back button issues which is quite common, apparently), the BP monitor says that doesn't recognize my watch (GW3).

If that helps, I had it installed and i unistalled it, because it was on 0% when tried to calibrate.

Why ? I mean, how come watch is compatible for ECG but not for BP? Any help ?

This worked for me too but only after I rebooted the phone.

That guide is taking few things from the main guide which is this one and unfortunately that guide is outdated, the only guide maintained is here, so tell me, which SHM do you have as I believe your SHM is outdated...

Currently I stated 6.17 as unstable with a broken logic (there is a bug), the only solution now is to rollback and wait for a newer version to roll-out, unless all members report to Samsung about SH that set features is missing, maybe it would escalate the update? It's a long shot, doubt it would work...

Ps. Never say test pig, say volunteering for the sake of development and you're amazing to volunteer, if I ever need tests, rest assured I'll message you if you're interested or if you have something you want me to do and you'd test it...

If you try to install the APKs (installer) and it fails, try to activate "install from other sources".
If that doesnt help, push the (signed) TPKs over Tizen to your Watch.
(Tizen -> connect Watch -> Rightclick on watch entry -> install)

    1. Tizen SHM MOD and WearOS SHM MOD...?
      The watch4 original SHM can't communicate with the phone MOD, and it's not possible to completly remove the original SHM from the watch4, so I had to create WearOS MOD and rename the previous MOD to Tizen MOD...
    2. Do I need root...?
      No root is required...
    3. Does this void my warranty?
      No it does not void the warrenty or trip the know or damage the watch or the phone...
    4. OTA effect on MOD & MOD effects on OTA.
      No Effects, the MOD is independant...
    5. Run_me.bat Java "main" errors and JDK15.
      Open CMD and type 'Java --version', if it doesn't say Java 15, then you will struggle with such error, uninstall any JDK and reinstall JDK 15, run the command again, you should see Java 15...
    6. Connecting to the watch isn't working.
      Firewall, antivirus, defender, anything that filters the internet can block the connection of the watch, so make sure to disable all internet security, if it doesn't connect yet, reboot the pc and the watch and try again...

    I had planned to test this new "fix" for a while before releasing the module to stop people from manually editing the existing file, as using magisk is preferable as its easily reversible, but once i saw posts on XDA about it, i figured id release this now

    As mentioned above, there may be side effects to this "fix", ymmv

    Note: You still need to make sure you have Samsung Health added to Magisk's Deny List, ideally with Shamiko installed (if using Shamiko dont forget to disable Enforce Deny List)

    I have followed his steps and generated unsigned TPKs, you just need to sign it...
    After signing it with Tizen studio, you either push it sdb or you can use the TPK installer which you decompile, place the tpk in assets and compile it again...

    According to Samsung, The Samsung Health Monitor app requires a Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 and later models, alongside having Android version 7.0 and above...

    Here is what I observed on phone SHM 1.2.4.003:
    GUI:
    - assets has country code IN - india with both BP and ECG documents, this is a clear indicator of support...
    - plenty of permissions removed, this will probably solve the issue of SHM being flagged by TotalVirus (I already checked, this apk is safe)...
    - Diagnostic added (might be for Samsung Members aka Samsung devices only)
    - backup service updated (this might be backup and restore logic activated)
    - Samsung India address added...
    - I can see Sleep duration strings, not sure what this is, I will know when I look at the code...

    CODE:
    - CSCUtil confirms India got ECG and BP but not IHRN...
    - I can confirm sleep layout and sleep tracking added but I do not see it being used anywhere nor even called - I can confirm sleep is not active from the manifest, probably future implementation...
