Ok so I have the app downloaded. But I cannot get the 2 apps (health and health monitor) to sync. That health monitor app isn't finding my watch either. I cannot find an option to extract the info for the link to the zip file either. Can you please help me get this working?

Hey Dante, do you know if it's possible to re-enable the blood oxygen sensor in the Watch Active 2?
From what I read it seems it does have the sensor but for some reason Samsung decided to disable it to make it exclusive to the Galaxy Watch 3.

Unfortunately SpO2 on active 2 doesn't exist at all, it's supposed to be in Samsung Health but it's not there, so your hope is to just wish for a watch upgrade that has SpO2

ok. i am stuck.

I have watch 3. already installed BP and EKG. (Canadian watch). what I would like is the oxygen and stress options as well.

i started to follow the instructions to remove restrictions. develop mode on. debug on. firewall off, wifi off.

and i came to the point to pick a duid and it came blank.

is there a way to get the duid manually?

I was able to ping the watch from the PC. when i tried to 'sdb shell' i get device unauthorized

I have no clue what you are planning to do or how you will get SpO2 and Stress option, these are components of Samsung Health and controlled by CSC, if your watch doesn't have SpO2 or stress option, your only way to getting them is changing the watch CSC...

Ps. for security reasons, the only to get the watch DUID is through Tizen-studio, device unauthorized means you missed the RSA fingerprint connection prompt, you need to accept an incoming connection on your watch, allow the pc to connect, reboot the pc and watch and try again, keep an eye on the watch when connecting...

That's WearOS SHM MOD, not Tizen, Watch4 and newer versions, it won't see or work with your Tizen watch (Active2 or Watch3)...

As for the sync, extracting the zip file is done where the zip file is downloaded to, in the download folder, every android downloads files into download folder on the internal storage by default, perhaps the file manager doesn't support extraction?

I have no clue how you got your hands on the WearOS SHM MOD, I checked the Google drive and links, they are correct, Tizen thread has Tizen MOD and WearOS thread has WearOS MOD

Ok I have hit a "wall" I have downloaded the Phone/Tizen apk file to the download folder on my phone. I have run the apk file. it asks do I want update existing application. I click install. file shows installing. then I get. App not installed"... I ma s lost on what I am doing wrong. I have the original shm and bp and ecg both working fine..... I really just wanted to get rid of the annoying screen lock.
Please any advice on what I may be doing wrong.?

You can't install the MOD over the original SHM, export your ECG and backup your BP to cloud storage then uninstall it to install the MOD

Sorry, I didn't realize I posted in the wrong thread. I'm just frustrated because nothing I've done works and I've used all your links for everything (made sure they were all for the watch 4). I spent hours on it last night and it's just not working. I'm at a loss. I'm debating on just getting rid of my new watch at this point. The whole reason I bought it was for the ECG feature.

I don't understand it. I'm sorry... I looked at the instructions for the other thread. I've lost hope if I'm going to be honest. Looks like it's done on PC not phone which makes no sense to me. I'm not super tech savvy. Figured it'd be easy. I'll delete the SHM app and the file that had to be extracted. The bugjaeger app is super confusing as well. Idk how it works or how to pull info into it or from it. I'm so sorry to have wasted your time. I'll just deal with the overpriced watch not having the ECG feature working. You didn't waste any of my time and there are videos on my other thread which are instructions to the PC process and a 24 seconds video to how to install it on the watch4 (using Bugjaeger, I would've explained it myself if I had the watch4, still waiting for mine to arruve), I will be here if you changed your mind and wish to give it a second go, let me know in DM or on the WearOS thread, it would be much easier for me because I won't end up navigating between threads

I hope and just as a suggestion ( no offenece please) that the questions I asked, maybe a few points mentioned about installing/using the app. As I have read the many pages of info and did not find an answer till I aksed myself.

@Dante63 thank you very much for your work, I was able to activate the ECG and BP on my Watch 3 using my S20+, However when I try to activate the BP Sync I don't see any option for Developer Mode in the About Samsung Health.
No matter what I do, I tried several versions of Samsung Health from 6.16 to the latest, there just no options, Please Advise.

Hey I did everything according to you and downloaded the SHM. But it says open the phone app and on the mobile it says that not available in your region. Please help.
